Order Processing Policy
- Next-day processing for orders placed after 11:00 AM Hong Kong Time
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Friday will be processed the following Monday, excluding public holidays
- Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays
- Hong Kong delivery via SF Express
Delivery Time & Updates
- Standard delivery: 4-7 business days
- Tracking information will be sent via email upon shipment
International Shipping
- Worldwide delivery via SF Express/ FedEx/ DHL.
- All prices are exclusive of taxes and duties.
- Additional customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders.
- The exact amount will be determined by Customs based on the value and type of items.
- Please note: If the customer refuses to pay Import Duty and VAT charged by the courier during transit, they remain responsible for these charges, and related fees will be deducted from any refund.
